there, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Law
and Society. After graduating from UCR, he attended Seton Hall University
School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree
in 1996 and has been actively practicing criminal defense since. He worked
at a criminal defense firm for more than 15 years before deciding to start
his own firm, the Law Offices of Tyson R. Beers.
Tyson treats his clients in a friendly, caring and personable manner, but

I found the study and practice of criminal law exciting and ultimately
decided to use my interest to help people.

I was able to get a mentally challenged man's arson case dismissed
after convincing the DA that his confession was not trustworthy due to
his mental issues.

Fully read and study all documents involved and conduct thorough research
to ensure the best possible defense.

Not only to provide the best legal advice but to also counsel clients to

Never speak to law enforcement without speaking to a lawyer first. Speaking
